COMMUNITY CALL: What is a Somatic Scribe?

Somatic Scribe Kate Morales is interviewed by Melissa McGill

Kate Morales' work as a Somatic Scribe and cultural worker is in service to social ecologies knowing themselves intimately. Their work uses body, story, image and ancestral memory to activate the wisdom in a collective towards decolonial healing.  Kate is a performance artist and applied theater maker, a writer and convener of transnational conversations about queer pedagogy, and member of a queer, radical unschooling family living on Maskoke territory. @crowcamino | www.asthecrowfliesdesign.com
